Terms and Conditions
A 30% deposit is required at the time of proceeding with your order following final check measure and colour/material confirmation. A signed order acceptance form must be completed and submitted to a representative of Castle Hill Shutters. Once your shutters have been manufactured and they arrive at our warehouse, you will be contacted to organise a time for installation and for a further 20% progress payment. Full final payment of the 50% balance must be made on the day of installation through Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque or Cash to the Installer. The goods will remain the property of Castle Hill Shutters until final payment in full, has been received.
All Plantation shutters are usually delivered within 6-8 weeks but can take longer when unforeseen circumstances occur such as customs inspections. We will advise you as soon as your items are ready. All shutters come with manufacturer’s guarantee and are available upon request.
Your opinions of our Plantation shutters and the experience are of the utmost importance to us, and any complaints are dealt with promptly and at the highest level of competence.
Please note that there is a cancellation fee of $200 (non-refundable deposit) per order prior to the items ordered going into production. This applies once the final colour choice has been made, final check measure undertaken and Order Acceptance form completed and submitted. Once the items have been confirmed as in production by the manufacturer, no cancellations can be made. This is due to the fact that it is a custom-made product and made specifically to suit your windows.
Please be aware that all packaging material will be left on the customers site after installation. Castle Hill Shutters is not responsible for disposing of the packaging material.

This will include contact details and may include important information that is necessary for the delivery of our services to you.
